Custom manufacturing service has been Locktiten's core business since 1979. Locktiten offers a wide variety of options, including product design ideas, manufacturing processes, quality control methods, to solve potential customers' pain points is what make us stand apart from our competitors.
We are a full service custom manufacturing, contract manufacturing, OEM and ODM provider. Our services would begin with evaluating manufacturability, identifying the most cost efficient processes to adopt, and eliminating quality risks. The next stage is prototyping, we would adopt 3D printing or additive manufacturing as our commonly used process for producing prototypes. Wire EDM and laser cutting are adopted when customers need a small quantity of samples.
We have extended experience in metal and plastic fabrications, processes include CNC machining, injection, sand casting, investment casting, die casting, extrusion, stamping and so on. Surface treatments and additional processes are abundant and well-developed. Final assembly and testing are executed by experienced operators. All of our molds and dies are produced in-house to ensure quality and timely maintenance. Our professional mechanical engineering knowledge provides custom manufacturing solutions to customers globally. Highly flexible manufacturing processes allow our customers to order small or mass quantity.
All of our suppliers have established ISO9001 conforming quality systems. Locktiten takes the responsibility to review and supervise our suppliers' quality systems. Our outstanding staff and technicians are fully trained with ISO quality management system. Additionally, they are capable of design automation system for specific products to enhance quality and efficiency. All of our products are built-to-order hardware, parts or assemblies, so no one but the specific customer would need the items. Locktiten would never sell customer owned products to any others, or build a new brand to compete with our customers.
