There are several CNC milling machines especially designed and assembled for specific jobs. By doing so, we could continuously reduce cost on production, and human error. We build up individual modules for each process, and put them together when it is necessary to coordinate several modules to produce certain parts, or execute several modules simultaneously to save lead time. This methods allow us highly flexible manufacturing capabilities. We are able to switch manufacturing module combinations, change toolings, put together fixtures and jigs, adjust assembly lines and acquire materials soon after the previous item is completed. Fast arrange and re-arrange manufacturing modules is the key to serve customers from a variety of industries.
