We are capable of design and produce decorative parts for mausoleums and columbariums, such as a variety of rosettes, candle stands, supports etc. Customers can provide pictures of an item that they would like to turn into a decorative parts to us, advise critical dimensions, and then our clay sculpture artist is able to create a clay prototype. As soon as the clay prototype is complete, we are able to produce the mold for the decorative part, and finally realize an beautiful image into an impressive rosette or other decorative parts.

Once we start the furnace for casting, we have to filled it up, and use up all of the material in one run to achieve economic production, so there would a a minimum production quantity for producing the rosettes or other decorative parts for mausoleums and columbariums. The minimum production for stamping process would be even larger. Once we start up the stamping machine, it could produce one rosette in less than three seconds, and therefore this process can produce a mass quantity of rosettes.

Fasteners are required to install the rosettes and other decorative parts to mausoleums or columbariums.
