Aluminum extrusion process is a method to produce long parts by forcing aluminum alloy material through a die with specific cross-section shapes. Aluminum extrusion parts are often used at architectural, intralogistics, automotive and other industries. As long as we have your drawings or samples, we are able to provide a quote to you.

We are able to produce practically any forms of aluminum extrusions parts for any industry or environment. The cross section of your parts can be highly complex or simple and straightforward. Often times, your aluminum extrusion parts need secondary machining processes, such as drilling, punching, welding, cutting, wire EDM and so on. We will complete any necessary secondary machining processes to meet your requirements. We also have a variety of surface finishing options to choose from, including anodizing, powder coating, painting, brushing, polishing and so on. For extrusion parts shorter than 50 cm, the minimum order quantity is more flexible. For long parts, however, it would be cost-effective if the quantity of long aluminum extrusion parts is enough to ship by a whole container.
