CNC Machining
Since the founding of Locktiten, we brought in one of the first generations of CNC machines to produce pneumatic tools. We have generations of experience in precision CNC machining since 45 years ago. Today, Locktiten, our strategic partners and suppliers together have a few dozen CNC machines of all sizes and functions, and even CNC machines designed and assembled by our mechanical engineers for a variety of purposes. These CNC machines include CNC milling, CNC latch, 5 axis machining center, specialized CNC machining center for specific jobs, CNC machines work with bar stocks and CNC machines our engineers designed and assembled for high volume or special jobs.
Our advanced engineering capability offers excellent CNC machining services to our diversified customer needs. All of the CNC machines are operated in ISO9001 certified shops. We are able to work on a variety of metal materials, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, monel, brass, bronze, aluminum, plastics, and so on. Any forms of material are processable, including full range bar stock sizes, plates, slabs, castings, forgings, weldments, metal blanks and so on.
Our skilled and experienced technicians are able to offer CNC machined parts with superior quality. Almost any type of shapes or details are processable with our advanced CNC machining capability. CNC machining is the best solution to items with complicated details. No expensive molds required, CNC machining can achieve milling, lathing, turning, drilling and more processes in one single CNC machining center. Our engineers and technicians are skilled in programming CNC machines, making the process efficient and low cost. A variety of quality inspection equipment are used to continuously monitor the process, ensuring the quality of CNC machined parts. Numerous holders, fixtures and tools are ready at all times for quick set-up, keeping CNC machines flexible and fast in switching jobs. We are able to modify or assemble CNC machines for special or complex jobs. The tools, fixtures, and related equipment will also be prepared or produced to enhance the performance of our specialized CNC machine. We would work up to 3 shifts if massive quantity is required. After CNC machining process, welding, surface treatment, plating, heat treatment, assembling and other post processes will also be executed as required.
